Anyone here do LEKFit? I’m in my third trimester now and although my motivation is minimal some days, I still try to fit in a workout. I’m really surprised how much I’m still able to do at this point!
FYI, this is my first pregnancy, I’ve been cleared by my OB and am in constant contact with her regarding my routine and I also listen to my body closely while working out to avoid injury or other issues! So far so good!
