Painful haemorroids 😭

Anyone else suffering with haemorrhoids in late pregnancy? I have had them since having my first they never completely went away but I think with the extreme pressure and weight pressing down they have got worse over the last couple of weeks. I've just bought an over the counter product called Germoloid which is meant to treat both internal and external. Anyone had any experience with it or got any good tips? I'm having warm baths and taking paracetamol if needed. ..Hoping for some relief soon!!
