Hi lovelies , I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I’m struggling to find any appetite and worst of all I haven’t taken my vitamins for probably a few weeks now. I am really worried as midwife is worried about my growth weight as it’s weeks behind but I genuinely don’t have an appetite. At this rate I’m eating for baby but it’s not nutritional food it’s just to suppress the hunger . Any suggestions please?

Little and often meals! i find fresh foods easier to eat and like salty snacks as well. much easier than trying to eat three big meals
