Changing formula

I have recently changed from Nestle formula 1 to formula 2 and noticed my LO throwing up a lot today. Anyone else experience this? Don’t know if I should keep trying it for another day to get his tummy used to it or just throw it out completely and go back to the old one.

Interesting, I didn’t see that one, I wonder what the difference is! They both say +6 months but I wonder if maybe he would throw up less on the one you have. Maybe the “plus” is because it’s slightly bigger in size??

Maybe mix it for a bit until he gets used to it

I went through the same jump but I didn’t notice any issues with my little girl. I did mix them when I started though. So it was a softer transition. I heard that is beneficial but who knows.

Thanks ! When you mixed them did you mix like one scoop of step 1 and one scoop of step 2? Or do you mean you did one bottle of step 1 then one bottle of step 2?

I use a Baby Brezza so I actually mixed the formulas together in the dispenser. If you are just mixing by hand, I would do a 3/4 and 1/4 mixture for a few days, then a 1/2 and 1/2, then a 1/4 and 3/4 then fully the stage two. You can also go faster if your LO seems to be handling it better

I have the breeza too so I will try that! Thanks again 🙏🏼

You are very welcome. Hopefully that helps with the throw up 💕💕

Make the formulas separately and then mix the liquids together ☺️ that’s what our dietician said to do
