Hey mommas! Anyone have experience with their babies having the flu? My little one is 15 months and tested positive for flu A. This was on Saturday, and she doesn’t seem to be getting better. We’re pushing fluids, we are putting baby Vicks on her chest and have a cool mist humidifier in her room. Her fever spiked to 105 on Saturday night which led us to an emergency room visit where they told us just to alternate between Motrin and Tylenol.

No Vicks on chest. Do warm mist humidifier for the whole night, every night, until the sickness is well over.
Warm foods and fluids(milk, soup;chicken carrots pea). No cold foods. Use nose sucker to take out mucus before eating or sleeping, that helps too.
Hope y’all feel better sooner than soon

Thank you!
