Bruh, I swear my posture is getting worse and worse. I've always struggled a bit with rounded shoulders, keeping a straight back, etc. but now that I'm pregnant I feel like I'm becoming the hunchback of Notre Dame. I'm too tired to keep up with my workout routine or work on strengthening my back, and with my belly getting bigger and bigger, I catch myself crunched forever wayyyyy more now! I swear I'm starting to look like Danny DeVito when he played the Penguin in the old Batman movie. I'm worried it's just going to keep getting worse and then be irreversible 😠Please tell me it's not just me!
