Eczema and Allergies

Hi all
Little one has suffered with severe eczema since around 3 months and only now have they started process or referral for allergies etc. anyway, the wait is up to a year!!! Her eczema flare ups are so severe that when she’s trying to itch her legs on things she’s now grazing and blistering her feet and ankles.
She sleeps in a sleep bag and I wonder if this is contributing to extra sweat at night and causing it to flare more? I’m also thinking to change the washing liquid (currently use fairy non bio) any suggestions please??????
