Today (8&4) we went to the OBGYN and they told me we lost our little one. Has anyone else here dealt with this and how did you cope? I’m not sure what to think and trying to look on the bright side but we are devastated. I had an ultrasound at 6&4 and saw the heartbeat and baby but today they said it looked like cysts in my uterus. Can anyone give me a clue to what happened if possible? I’m feeling lost.

I'm so sorry 🫂❤️ I know how painful it can be I've been through it myself. The first few weeks I just needed to rest, I tried to distract myself with my favorite movies and shows and sleep a lot to get away from everything. Give yourself all the self care you can even though it can be difficult. Try to eat your favorite foods and feel good snacks as it can be hard to eat when grieving. Just be easy on yourself and know that none of this is your fault even though sometimes it can feel like our body has failed us.

Goodmorning, I am currently losing an early pregnancy and I lost my twins at 12 weeks. I grieved by doing what I could to honor my babies I painted somthing for them and purchased a small grave stone with their names. John and Elijah. I'm so sorry you have to experience this

You might never have a reason and it’s awful ❤️

I experienced a loss with my first pregnancy at 7 weeks. For me it was getting out for a walk while listening to my favorite music that helped me a lot through it all. I’m not sure if you’re a person of faith or not but I also tried to think of how absolutely wonderful the place was where my baby went in comparison to the heartache we struggle with here.

Thank you all. I have decided to get a second opinion because I have a feeling they could be wrong, and I’ll go from there

I am so sorry for your loss Becky ❤️ please reach out if i can give any support. This is tragic
