Can I eat pasta left out on the counter overnight?

I prepped my lunch for today last night and only in the morning did I realize I forgot to put it in the fridge before going to sleep 😫 it’s whole grain pasta with tomato sauce and veggie meatballs. Can I eat it? It’s the only food I have with me and I have no other way to go buy or make something else at work.. idk what to do! I’m starving already and I won’t be home until 5-6h. Will I get food poisoning?? I would usually not care but being pregnant I’m more careful with these things

It’s risky! But If you want to eat it then make sure it’s piping hot all the way through x

I’d say yes ! As long as it doesn’t smell weird, which it probably won’t. Trust your gut ā˜ŗļø

thank you!! That’s good advice, I’ll try and if something feels weird I’ll just stop! Hopefully nothing happens haha

I would eat it im vegetarian and I think it’s more ā€˜real’ meat that’s the issue and for the sake of overnight I wouldn’t worry I think you’ll be fine, and you cant starve yourself x

I ended up eating it šŸ˜… I wasn’t worried about the meatballs it’s more the pasta that’s the risk apparently! Hopefully it’ll be okay haha
