24w5d 3rd baby.

Hi so I’m oddly nervous of over doing it this time around. Also this will be my 3rd c section. My other two kids I was good doing everything I normally would now I’m more cautious on how much I carry. Realized the other day I can’t pick my 5 year old son up. Which made me sad. Anyone else been more cause.

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
