I have the burst of acne now. I wash my face with a soap bar of almond and oatmeal soap

Yes but I’m mostly let it ride the wave as it’s hormonal based, but I do use the nutrogena stubborn clear acne cleanser in the red bottle
My skin is super sensitive in general so I don’t like to add to much extra to my routine especially while being pregnant

Yeessss. I'm so scared of the ingredients in everything, but I found this pregnancy safe face wash by a brand called Belli. It's been keeping my teenage-looking acne under control! I use straight-up natural Shea butter for a moisturizer. Waiting to get out of the first trimester to use my vitamin C serum again, even though my Little Bean app says it's safe to use

My derm recommended charcoal wash (no salicylic acid or any added chemicals) and she said azelaic is safe for pregnancy to use as needed (though it’s very gentle so can take a few weeks to work)

My acne was clear before I got pregnant and now my acne is so bad

I started using panoxyl since I had to change my entire routine and it’s been the only thing that works! Takes a few weeks but it dried up all my breakouts

I use tumeric and and oat, goat milk bar

Just waiting for second trimester lol. Trying to wash face more often as body produces more sebum and it makes the face break out. I already look very young even though I’m 30 and now with acne, for sure a teenager

Yes oddly I got acne on my scalp from excess oil. I try to just take more showers and I got ginger soap bar. There’s special shampoo you can buy for acne that has specific ingredient. But I’ve just use my facial cleaner vanicream on acne. Online says avoid hair ties that pull on hair.

Yes!! My acne is like i’m in high school again. Only thing that cleared up a BAD cystic breakout was spending several hours in the sun with no sunscreen
