Sleep more (if your not getting enough sleep)
Lots of water, body armor and oatmeal.
Realistically the main way is pump more and consistently. It’s like a week long delivery that’s how it was explained to me. Start doing that for a week and drain your boobs after feeding and watch your supply double. I was doing this and it helped. I mainly just Breastfeed but it helps create a small stash for when we’re out. My best times to get the most is first thing when I wake up. I can get 5oz from one breast while baby wakes and nurses from the other.

Drink ensure and eat fruit 👍

Just put your baby in the boob, and let her/him so the job, that’s the best, and pump with a manual one.
That help me so much and I give her the breast when he wants and pump in the morning and at night, just keep your breast “empty”
