Illness

Is anyone else's little ill all the time recently? Since October my little one has had chest infections, ear infections, scarlet fever, sickness bug and it seems a temperature every weekend!!
Any ideas to build his immune system up?

We’re always ill 2 days after food shop or soft play it’s just like illness is in the routine now

Same here we had an on going chest infection until he got antibiotics finally.

Now he is still sick but with other things like stomach bug, hand mouth feet, a random cold or gets sent home from nursery with temperature. 🙈

Seems never ending and the whole family gets it too.
