Congested?
My 2 week old sounds like she’s got mucus stuck at the back of her throat and sounds like she needs to cough which is putting her off her milk, is there anything I can do for her to help her?

I had this issue last week, I checked his nose and he had an awful lot of snot up there so I used a bulb syringe to get most of it out. There was loads! His breathing was perfect after I did it
her nose sounds fine but I will check just incase, thank you!
My baby has this so I put him in the bouncer while I shower so that the steam helps.
You can also use a bit of albus (spelling?) oil on some cloth near her head, or on her grow. Never on the skin at this age.
My baby has had some mucous, used a saline spray from the chemist for infants which the midwife said was good to do, sprays up the nostrils
I have the same at the moment. I just put some Breast milk in a colostrum syringe an put drops in her nose it’s gotten so much better
