Marriage counseling

Having a neutral third party who is trained in helping you guys navigate your personal communication and relationship dynamic issues can be very beneficial.

Maybe tell him that you recognize that you’re having a hard time seeing things from his vantage point and you want to be more fair to him. Tell him I think having someone else help us communicate could help and offer to let him pick the therapist. Maybe he’d be more open to it then.

i just brought up the idea and he said “nope. Dont talk to me about that” very sturn and walked away

Im sorry. You can only control you. Maybe when you are in a good space not to react emotionally ask him if he has anything to help your marriage.

If he again responds unkind set your boundaries. Maybe go to counseling on your own. Let him know that you’re going to work on you because you can only control you. Let him know that you will do everything you can to make it work in your end because if it doesn’t you want to be able to look at yourself and your child knowing that you did everything you can to make it work. Tell him you hope he feels the same.

Sometimes working on yourself and working on being happy and healthy is enough to make a partner see that they need to change before losing you.

I doubt you are as much of a burden as you seem to believe you are. You’re taking care of your and his baby. Best of luck, I hope things improve for you guys!
