Dry skin/eczema breakout?

I'm 15w3d now and have noticed red patches on my hands, kind of a scaly texture, just dry dry dry. I do wash my hands a lot, but this is dryness beyond what I'm used to in the winter and seems a lot like a new bout of eczema (which I never had before!). Has anyone else experienced this?

All sorts of rashes and dry skin common during pregnancy! I get little rashes on my face and neck and dry skin on face and tummy, but you can get it anywhere xx
