Yes but I’m not pregnant rn , you may be stressed

You may be missing macros or nutrients if you’re feeling like it’s a struggle, something that has helped me is making sure I’m taking in plenty of protein with each meal. I usually have a low calorie bone broth in the morning for 20g of protein and will supplement with a protein shake if needed as well later in the day. Also continuing all my prenatals plus a calcium tablet and vitamin d daily.

that's a great idea. I think broth will be easier to drink than trying to eat a whole extra piece of meat or something

yes it’s super easy to drink the broth! This is the one my husband and I use, only 85 calories, low sodium and 20g protein:

thank you so much!!

Yes! Getting enough protein has been hard! I’m not normally a picky eater at all but now pregnant, finding healthy high protein items that sound good and balancing work with prepping the food is draining. I eat a lot of cheese and recently found Just Meats a food delivery of fully cooked meat only that reasonable have been helping.

I’ve been replacing the water in my rice maker with bone broth and it’s made it an easy way to get more in

oh that’s so smart!

Fruit milkshakes with kale and a baby booster protein supplement have been my saving grace when I don’t have the will to eat but still need to feed the bump
