I feel like we are in need of a schedule change as we approach age 3 and my dude has been waking up at 530/6am the past two weeks. We are not way ready to remove nap entirely but somethings gotta change.

My daughter dropped her nap about 4 months ago. She goes to bed between 7 and 730pm. I do quiet time with her around 130 pm for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. She wakes up around 7:15 am
We do a nap here and there if she is super cranky.
Breakfast 730
Lunch 1130
Dinner 530

Wakes up by 8:30/9
Nap 1:30/2 for 2 hours
Bed around 8

My daughter wakes up no later than 8:30(No earlier than 7), naps 1-3, and goes to bed around 8:30 or 9. (Only because her dad doesn’t usually get home until 6) I would def put her to bed earlier if he got home earlier though. (7:30/8)

Wake up 9 or 10
No nap
Bed 8 or 9
If she wakes up earlier than 9 then she needs a nap, but then bedtime gets screwed up 😅
