I have exclusively breastfed my little man but now he is not as chubby, won’t eat solids except for purees and cereal (not so easily). I want to start introducing formula to him as he wakes yo through the night as well. Which formula brand is best for 9 months old babies? Enfamil, Similac and Kidkland are my options so far but I want to pick the best one for him.

My guy’s weight loss has also slowed down. Do you know what percentile your guy is in? I tried formula and he has a pretty serious reaction, so I’m sticking with breastmilk and solids. So far avocado toast and roasted sweet potato wedges are the most successful and have a decent amount of calories. Cereals and purées are hit and miss for us.
I think weight gain slowing down is normal around this age. As long as he is pooping and peeing as normal, you may not need to make a change. I would keep trying to offer solids. He’ll need to start eating them at some point

We use enfamil to supplement breastfeeding.
Our baby had a reaction to similac.
It's pricey but we use the ready to feed bottles, instead of the powder.

Thank you everyone for your messages.
We have picked Enfamil for now but the baby won’t like the taste, yet. Hoping it goes well eventually for him and us.
