I was too afraid to use tylenol, but my doctor said it was ok. I decided to just use foodgrade pepermint oil and a nap. I put it on my scalp, forehead, temples, nape of neck. It burned in a minty way. My headaches were bad for like 2 months.

Girl idk if I’m just tired because I have a 5 and 8 month old and being pregnant or if the few sodas I had last week and coming back to only water is messing with me if my sugar is low but I need it gone 😂🥴 it woke me up out my sleep tonight

Roll a hand towel and put it behind your neck where your skull meets your neck at the top and an eye mask or warm compress over eyes and sleep. Try peppermint in diffuser . Weight over the eyes helps calm the nervous system, towel there decompresses that joint reworks the pressure in the head.

If the headaches aren’t going away with Tylenol you need to tell your OB, unless you got med resistant migraines before you got pregnant

My Ob and many nurses said tylonal is safe but I don't trust it but they said get magnesium from the pharmacy and it will help reduce migraines and it can also help with constipation if your prenatal is giving you that as well
