Ex saying he will come to the house

I have clearly told him not to
I don’t have a non mol in place, but if he shows up can I call the police? Can I report text messages of him?

Yes you can call police since you have clearly told him not to come if he shows up it’s considered harassment

Would I call if he shows up or should I inform them now

Avatar

Only if he shows up but you have to ask him to leave again if he shows before phoning the police

Okay thank you so much xx

Avatar

Could that be done via text? If I texted him to say please leave? If he shows up I don’t want to answer the door to him

Avatar

If you text to say 'Do not come to my house under any circumstances' then if he does it'll be considered harassment.

I have done okay thank you

I would make any communication via text that can be easily recorded. Also if he comes to your house when you've said not to, record him if you can. But try not to make contact or let him in as the CPS look at that as if you are encouraging communication. Ridiculous how they view it but just so you are aware

Thank you x

Do not open the door do not let him in. You've told him not to come if he turns up call the police tell them your scared for your safety x
