I don’t understand how are you very fertile right after birth?

Idk you’d think it wouldn’t be like that especially after the trauma your body has went through

Technically you're not more fertile, just more susceptible to fall pregnant. If you do have sex unprotected while still bleeding after having a baby, your cervix is going to still be open, maybe not gaping but more than if you didn't just have a baby. More sperm will be able to enter. Semen is able to fertilise eggs that are still in the fallopian tubes that are on the way to your uterus. Btw if you are breastfeeding and fall pregnant you are actually 9x more likely to have twins because when breastfeeding your LH and prolactin are higher.

Honestly it is very real. Me and my husband took 3 years to conceive our first. We tried everything you could possibly ever imagine and we were going for our very first Ivf consultation because we knew it wasn’t happening. By some miracle we did get pregnant ourselves but we still don’t know why it worked that one time. We spoke to numerous specialists and they said we would struggle.

6 weeks later after I gave birth me and my husband decided to leave it to fate and see if the fertile window could help us having our second. We only wanted two and we knew that that may be our only chance at having our complete family.

I got pregnant instantly first time. I now have an 11 month old and an almost 1 month old.

So as someone who has experienced the fertile window first hand, I can promise you it’s legit 😂
