So depressed right now :(

Hi I’ve had the same, it’ll be low PAPP-A. Mine is 0.4 and I was told the cut off is 0.415

my appointment with the consultant would be next Thursday. I feel so depressed now 😔

I’m a midwife and I honestly wouldn’t be too worried, they’ll just keep a closer eye on baby. They might start you on aspirin too if they haven’t already. It means baby can be born smaller or a bit early xx

I have low Papp-A too, I was a bit worried initially but I’m not now. Been reassured that the majority of babies grow normally and as said just means baby might be a bit smaller or early, it will be ok! x

Even as a midwife i was super worried at first, because this is my own and it’s taken us a long time to get pregnant I’m questioning everything and overthinking everything. But I had a private scan 2 days ago to find out the gender 🩷 and I told the sonographer about it and her response was “ooh so you’ll get some extra growth scans then”, she didn’t seem worried about it at all! Xx

I am planning to book a private scan next week too. Hopefully everything is fine x
My baby size never measure behind from all the previous scan…
