August Baby Clothes

Following along since I have no idea either 🥲 people are telling me just vests and things but it hasn’t been helpful

My oldest was born end of march but durring a heatwave. He wore lots of rompers or just a vest most the time x

Last year in august we had a period of cold weather where my first born was wearing a pram suit when we went outside🙈 but then we had another heatwave so I don’t think you can ever be prepared as the weather is so up and down! I didn’t even own a pram suit at the time but quickly bought one so anything you don’t have is in easy reach!

Depending on the size of your baby you may need to swaddle for the first couple of months too so you may want to wait til the autumn/ winter months to put your child in a sleeping bag! With my first august baby I just tightly tucked him into his Moses basket blanket in a vest or baby grow depending on temp x

Hey what about at the hospital what did he wear x

he wore a short sleeved vest and a onesie in the night and a romper in the day (short sleeved). And to go home he had joggers and a top. The temp dropped the next day hence the joggers. He was also swaddled by the midwives over night. But he had a low temp after birth xx
