Any medications actually work for nausea?

I4 weeks and the nausea is unreal, I try to not vomit because I don’t want to end up dehydrated like in my first pregnancy, trying to avoid hospital visits. Are there any medications that actually get rid of the nausea not just the vomiting? Thanks

I did combination of Xonvea and Cyclizine which worked really well

I’m on ondansetron, reglan, B6 and an evening phenergan and unison. It’s the only combination that’s helped me! I also do infusions and IV 3x a week. Talk to your doctor to get the help you need. Note - if you take zofran (ondansetron) I recommend a stool softener cause it’ll make you super constipated.

Regland and zofran helped. But honestly nothing ever made me feel ok/normal
