My baby still hasn’t flipped and I’m worried about having a c section because of it. Anyone else have a breech baby? Tips to help stay sane and flip her?

My friend had acupuncture and it worked for her

I saw a video on here of a woman giving birth breech, doesn’t automatically have to mean a c-section. It was in the pop that mumma hypnobirthing page, if you want to look for it. But also 35 weeks is early and some babies don’t flip until right before they are ready to come out. Spinning babies has some great exercises for flipping the baby into a more ideal labor position, they are on a website but also YouTube has them everywhere, just search spinning babies exercises and you’ll find them.

I did some exercises I pulled on youtube for breech babies and baby flipped by 36 weeks

Try baby spinning exercises I used the daily essentials last time and successfully flipped my baby it's not painful either which is a huge plus for me

👋🏻 Mine is still breech at 35w3d after trying a few artistic things: Frozen veggies to the top of my belly or cold washcloth, being nearly upside down a couple of times - whether using the ironing board technique or just with knees on the couch and forearms on the floor. Using the yoga ball and physical therapy exercises… nothing has made her flip!
It may be your anatomy, where the placenta is located (may also be too short to enable flipping), or baby might be footling breech and is stuck (I’m guessing this is the case for mine as I’m getting a lot of painful kicks to the cervix).
Have you had your 3rd trimester scan yet? I’m getting mine this coming Wednesday and then going over options to either flip or schedule a c-section if she isn’t flipped by 39 weeks. Going to get another ultrasound before the 39 week c-section to double check she hasn’t flipped. Some babies flip literally right before labor!
