I’m 9 months PP now and I had a postpartum belly belt. I can’t tell you guys if it did or didn’t work. I still have a saggy mum tum but that’s due to my own physical composition where I hold my weight in my stomach and legs and they are the last place to lose weight. I am back into my pre pregnancy clothes (size 10/8) so it’s not sticking out loads. But I would say when I was slowly losing the weight, having the trainer made me feel more secure. Like someone was holding me back together x

I think it depends on you and your genetics, with my 1st baby I was a size 8 pre pregnancy then went to a size 4, my 2nd baby I was size 6 pre pregnancy and size 6 after, I never once needed a belt but I tend to loose the baby weight easily xx
