As long as you are getting enough sleep at some point during the day, you should be fine. I am also a manager working 9 hour shifts usually from 3 pm to 12 am. I also have an internship that finishes at the end of April, but I'm there 9.5 hours a day twice a week (8:30 am to 6 pm). Where your schedule is generally consistent and your body is likely used it it, you should be fine.

You can also ask your doctor if you're worried about it 😊
