Hello Beautiful Ladies
I am about to be 9 weeks this week and frankly from last 1 month, I have not been able to eat anything healthy. My nausea is keeping me hate almost every other food. Not able to take any milk, yogurt etc. All I have been eating is bread, chips with guac and mac n cheese. These are the only foods which dont make me nauseated. I am ofcourse feeling really bad as I was on a very healthy diet in my 5 weeks. I am vegetarian, and I dont know what can I try that wont make me nauseated đ
