Miscarriage? Or hormones?

I had my period 2 weeks ago and as of yesterday I started bleeding again. And it’s not a lot but it is brownish and really red. I’m not cramping a whole lot but I’ve never had this before and my periods have been pretty much on track since I was a teenager and even after my kids besides a few times of my period being late which honestly I can count on one hand how many times I’ve been late without being pregnant. I have had a few weird things happen though over the past couple weeks like I lost my voice out of no where and I wasn’t sick it was just gone ( my voice still hasn’t been completely normal) and my lymph nodes are kinda swollen but not painful idk if these are linked to this but it’s definitely weird and it’s made me wonder if something is wrong or if I’m just over thinking it.
