9 weeks pregnant and no weight gain

I am currently 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I haven’t gained any weight. I’m still the same weight before I was pregnant. Is it normal to not have gained weight yet? I have also struggled to gain weight and never really have an appetite. I’m currently in the stage where i’m always nauseous and have no feeling to want to eat. When should I officially be worried about my weight? I’m also extremely bloated which i’m not used to.

it's normal to lose weight in the first trimester especially when there's morning sickness involved

I would not worry at all. With my first, I lost weight until I was more than halfway through the pregnancy. The last half I ended up putting on damn near 30 pounds. Weight gain is different for everyone. Your body and baby know what they need and you will get some severe cravings if you are lacking in anything. Everything will be alright mama ❤️

Yes, it is normal to not have gained any weight. I am 10 weeks pregnant and haven’t gained any or very very little weight. I think you need to start gaining weight on the second trimester.

You aren’t supposed to gain all the weight until the third trimester with it starting in the second. This is my second and I have lost 20 lbs and I still have another 5 weeks in the first trimester
