Heat rash?
My LO has had a chesty cough for 5 days now, has a raised temp 37.4, and I’ve just noticed this rash but it’s only in this place no where else, could it just be where he’s been quite warm?

Have you done the glass test? It could be a heat rash but if your LO has a temp and flu symptoms I’d definitely get it checked x
