I have the same with my LO it was helping although if given to quickly she would spectacularly projectile vomit everywhere and now she's completely refusing to take it so were back to her being in pain and inconsolable crying. She can't be laid on her back at all and if I do to change her she will be sick no matter how long after feeding I wait. After a night of no sleep as she can't go down I have phoned 111 and got an out of hours gp appointment. I might be being a bit dramatic and probably should have waited to see my GP tomorrow but I just can't cope with seeing her in pain we were just both sat there crying most of the night!

If gaviscon isn’t working the docs can prescribe omeprazole (liquid form I think)

definitely not being dramatic! I would’ve done the same I’m sure plenty of us would have as well xx

My LO has the exact same issue gaviscon isn’t working I thought it was making him worse tbh! He’s not taking his bottles and I called out of hours this morning they have seen him but wouldn’t prescribe me omeprazole and said it had to be the GP so now I have to wait until Tuesday until it opens again!
