This is amazing Domonique! Did you design it yourself?

I didn’t. I had like a written out, checklist type thing and my doula turned it into a picture plan. She said it’s easier for the hospital staff to quickly glance and understand rather than having to read through a punch of words.

yes, I had my little one. I ended up having a c-section. But I will say they really did do their best at following my birth preferences.
