I’ve just found out I’m 4 weeks pregnant after losing my girl at 19 weeks in May last year. Feeling super anxious right now, anyone else the same?!

I feel you girl. Lost my baby last year too and it was the hardest time for me. Now realizing that I'm pregnant again is scary. I'm scared all the time. But it doesn't mean it has to happen again this time! Just be aware of that. I try to embrace every day I have with that little miracle in my belly.. to eat good food and not to overthink too much.

so sorry for your loss!
Sounds like we’re in this together 🧡 here’s hoping for a great outcome for us both! X

Firstly I’m so sorry to hear of your pain. I understand it more than you know.
I lost my baby girl at 19 weeks as well last year (and being so late it was both the loss itself, and the brutal way in which I had to end the pregnancy by induction - and if you had the same experience, I’m breaking for you too and I’m so sorry, there aren’t many things more awful.)
I’m pregnant now (5+5) and filled with daily anxiety. It’s a balance between happiness and deep fear. Please feel free to DM me if you want to connect 💕 sending good vibes and I’m sure it’s all going to be okay this time around!!

I had 2 losses last year and I am totally with you, its just impossible not to worry the same thing will happen again. But just remind yourself just because it happened before doesn't mean it'll happen again ❤️ I think a lot of us are in the same boat but let's hope we get our rainbow babies 🌈

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant too, after my daughter was born sleeping at 24 weeks last September. I’m so happy but i almost feel numb, I feel so panicky and wish there was more I could do but I’m doing all the midwife says and I just need to relax as much as I can which is difficult! Feel free to drop me a message, it would be nice to know someone who is in a similar situation! It’s going to be a difficult few months, but there’s no reason there won’t be a happy outcome with a beautiful rainbow baby 🥰

Yes! Lost mine last year at 8 weeks and I’m currently 6 now and I’m terrified!
