Help is this baby acne?

Looks like it.. our little one has a few spots come up over the last couple of days..
breast milk is good for them if you are breast feeding.. I just leave them alone and make sure I’m just bathing him in plain water for the time being x

Hello! Yes it’s baby acne caused by the milk that sometimes splashes on their faces, it is totally normal and it goes away on its own. Just remember to clean your baby's face after each feeding! Don’t worry ☺️

Awh thank god for that looks worse cause I put baby lotion on her face so looks so red it’s not like that now xxx

Breast milk will clear up baby acne quickly! Used on both my babies worked wonders xx

Unfortunately I can’t breast feed due to complications in the pregnancy and the medications I’m on now that’s why I bottle feed xx
