Snack in the middle if the night, I had belvita biscuits on my bedside table. I'd wake up at 2ish most nights and eat them. If I didn't I would feel too sick to eat breakfast.
Watermelon.
High protein breakfast, whatever you can stomach. I found cottage cheese didn't make the nausea worse
I stopped eating meat completely
Sweets to eat whenever I could manage throughout the day. Had a pack of starburst in my pocket at all times
Hold your nose when you open the fridge
Ginger biscuits/ginger tea with a little honey/ginger ale that I let go flat before drinking
Eat little and often, big meals/fatty meals definitely made it worse. Being hungry also makes it worse
Drink! Whatever you can stomach. I found lucazode sport raspberry the best to drink, also caffine free coke. I found it better if it was really cold

Don't be afraid of taking medications! I didn't have any and wish I had. I ended up loosing 8kg in my first trimester because I couldn't eat!

Wow thanks for that I’ve taken note will try that, I’m eating but just eat because I know I have to! Mostly bread all day 😂 going to try the lucozade and watermelon!

Oh girl, it’s the worse, i was so violently sick I burst the blood vessels in my face 🤣 so glad that stage is over - it does get better (I stopped being sick about week 17) unfortunately I didn’t find much that helped but I do think it’s important to try not let yourself get hungry as the hunger pains then made me feel sick, try little snacks like breadsticks, I did find fruit was good as it was just watery, peppermint tea was good at settling my stomach

Do talk to your doctor if it’s really bad as they can give you anti-sickness tablets!

Hi! I completely understand where you’re coming from!! Try sour sweets they kinda helped me. They might be different for you or they may help:) I hope the nausea gets better x

Going through this right now at 8 weeks pregnant - watermelon, cold grapes and cold sliced apples (have to be sliced!) help me. Sour sweets and lemon sherbets also help take my mind off the nausea. Other than that, eat what you can, when you can and go easy on yourself, it’s grim. Oh and salt and vinegar or prawn cocktail crisps have been a huge help too.

I’m on cyclizine tablets which take the edge off, I was very scared to take medication in my first pregnancy but everything was fine so I’ve been taking the pills for a few weeks with this pregnancy. Good luck and know that it will pass eventually - every day that passes is a step closer to feeling better (that’s what I’m telling myself anyway) xx

Same here only thing i feel works drinking ice cold drink but even then its wishful thinking im also 9 week tomorrow im pretty much stuck on sofa drain out cant wait for the energy to return

9 and a half weeks here and have had this nausea feeling for nearly 3 weeks now. Laid on the sofa everyday because the nausea hurts my stomach. I feel so weak and have zero energy. I feel sorry for my partner as he's had to pick up doing EVERYTHING.

I need something to get rid if this feeling now, I'm so fed up 😷😪

I got tablets from the doctor hun. I did everything, and nothing worked. It was the last thing I wanted, but they helped, and I feel normal, can finally get out of my bed. Hope this helps 💕

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Hey what are your current symptoms?

I’m 37+5

I’m pretty mobile still but anything over a hour or 2 and I’m in discomfort

Getting up from a sitting position is hard

Some of baby’s movements now are bordering on painful especially around my crotch/pelvis

I’m exhausted very easily and nap every single day

Can basically only breathe out my mouth now and I’m snoring and dribbling 😂

Standing in one leg is very painful 😂

Some waves of pain/ tightening but I regular and mild

Low period type aches

And I feel like a fire breathing dragon with this acid reflux

My nose is growing 😂

My fingers swell slightly and go numbs in my sleep so that and constant toilet breaks keep me up ( checked swelling with MW and consultant and all normal, not a worry)

I also do not want to be social in person like I’d rather everyone just be my penpal atm lol

What are your symptoms?
