I dropped mine with my son at 9 months and omg yes my supply dropped so bad! However I was exclusively pumping and so I feel like it really hurt my supply.

I never pumped at night and my body always made the right amount for what my babies needed. Every body is different, but your body should be able to adjust as needed.
