I have two kids under two and I'm really struggling with how my body looks now after having my second child (my son). After I had my first child (my daughter) my body bounced back immediately and I had one little stretch mark, but this time around I have so many stretch marks, loose skin, and a tummy and I feel awful about myself. Part of me knows I really don't look that bad, but the other part doesn't even want to look at myself right now. I cried trying on clothes yesterday.. is anyone else going through this or have any advice? I am trying to find time to work out, but I'm a single mom so I'm really struggling here.

It’s rough, I’m dealing with it currently. I heard every person in my family say I look fabulous, I’ve lost 50pound 7mo PP but I still don’t feel comfortable with how my body looks. It takes time to adjust to the changes, and to gain appreciation for the beauty of a child bearing body. Just sharing how you feel about it can help, but also take time (if you can lol) to take care of yourself, spend time looking at yourself in the mirror and find the things you do like and eventually you’ll see what you like and forget what you don’t.

I went through this for a bit after having my second. I would buy those tummy control underwear from Victoria's secret under leggings, bc it would give the appearance of a flatter stomach under clothes. During naps, I would then just do little workouts at home that I found on YouTube. A big thing for me was cutting out soda and sweet tea 😭
Just buy a set of free weights, and even if it's 5 minutes that you get a workout in..it can make a difference. That's pretty much what I did.

Thank you both so much I'm definitely going to try theses things! I know at some point I will feel better and semi normal again it's just so hard right now, especially while I'm still trying to get into a new routine now being on my own with 2 kids who want to be on completely different schedules.
