What should I do?
I know posting this here doesn’t change anything, and she will be taken to a doctor. Just hoping to find someone who had experienced this and knows what can help in the meantime.
My 2 year old daughter out of no where had a fever of 39° for about 3 days. No other symptoms. Her fever broke and now a couple days after she’s got a rash over her whole body but mostly on her chest, belly and back. She also has been picking at her ears. And waking up during the night with pain in them.
I can’t get her an appointment for her doctor until the 4th of April.

I would take her to urgent care or the emergency room. I would want someone to look at her ears and rash right away. She may need antibiotics for an ear infection.

Sounds like Roseola ( sixth disease) . Starts with a fever and then it’s a rash . But I would get the ears checked just in case .

Rash after a high fever is very concerning, I would definitely try urgent care or emergency room. Could be from an ear infection or two separate issues

Have the exact same issues as you, my 4.5 month has fever and now rash same as yours 🥺 was at hospital and they sent us home as not concerned and swab test came back ok for types of rhino viruses. Have been to our doctor and she’s was not concerned. Fever has gone completely but now it’s like the sickness and rash as coming out. I’m worried and have phoned Dr again to ask and have sent pictures.
Wondering how you are getting on since? They’ve all told me virus is usually followed with a rash. But still doesn’t ease my worries. Constantly analysing her body 🥺
