Hi I’m 16 weeks pp and I feel tired a lot, but not in a lack of sleep way like as though I need some vitamins/ health boost. Does anyone recommend any? My hair also started coming out so I’m assuming that could be linked too. Thanks !!

A multivitamin (mainly for vitamin c and d)
Omega 3
Magnesium

I try to take the breastfeeding multivitamins with omega 3 but I'm hopeless at remembering to take them everyday.
