38+3 mw visit told 1/5th engaged
I am currently pregnant with my first baby & having been to my regular mw appointment today I was told that the baby is 1/5th head down and engaged. I have been feeling pressure down below and tingle like sensations , is this a sign of early labour?

Not really no! They can be fully engaged and just stay like that for weeks. Some people go in to labour and baby wasn’t even engaged! Xx
