Eczema flare up

I'm 15+2 and dealing with the same thing :/ didn't have this happen my first 2 pregnancies, but it's so bad this time. Unfortunately I haven't found anything that helps so far 😕

I had horrible eczema flares throughout pregnancy. I did use the standard hydrocortisone/betnovate to try and take away the worst of it, also used E45 to get the moisture back in. When that failed, I cut out dairy for a few days and notice that helped but may have just been specific for my body x

awful isn’t it! Especially at night 🤦🏼‍♀️ hoping it’s just the hormones and it’ll dampen down soon 🤞🏼 xx

I’m using eumovate ointment (prescribed by doctor) and dermelax (Amazon) which seems to help. Also cut down on dairy too.
