Feed on demand, sleep when she sleeps, ask for help, eat well yourself, do nothing and relax as much as possible. That’s for the first 8-12 weeks postpartum. Then start walks, plans, routine, etc. By that time you will know everything you need.
Healthy and happy are the main things for you two. The rest is robotic and not a rocket science. You will figure it out.
