Scared to give birth
This is my second child, my first birth was traumatic and long to say the least.
I have been feeling okay about it happening until the last few days, I duno if its because its getting close (one month to go), I’m so excited to meet baby and I can’t wait for cuddles but I’m terrified if something went wrong I don’t want to be incapacitated or worse for my toddler!
I’ve always wanted to have lots of kids but I’m feeling frightened about dying in labour and leaving my babies… please tell me I’m just panicking because its coming close to due date?

I feel like this too, I think it’s because we already have babies that we can’t leave and think it’s normal to feel this way. I’m currently doing a hypnobirthing course (the positive birth company online one) and it’s definitely eased my anxiety a little x
