Anyone else that went through this? I just turned 29 weeks and baby it’s huge. When I was born I weighed 11.14 pounds. I’m so scared of having a huge baby and then I can’t have a vaginal birth. I’m now on a super strict diet to slow down his growth but what I should expect?
Everyone call him chunky yesterday I feel it’s my fault that he is “fat” but I was big too it’s no like I could control it. His weight was 3.12 pounds.

Around 29 weeks my baby weighed the same, pushed out a 6lb baby no complications I also did a epidural bc I have very low pain tolerance so don’t stress it! You’re gonna be great

Control the things you can control and release the rest. Your body has an incredible ability to make a huge passageway for the baby to come out of. Also those weight estimates aren't always accurate.

Honey… don’t worry. Begin conditioning your body for it. Healthy supplements geared towards getting your area ready, exercises geared towards widening the area, foods for it, etc. Be sure you do not force push the baby. Your body will handle that. It is supposed to crown numerous times to clue your body in to the “hey, you got to get a little larger, hole!” People who are told to push end up tearing almost always. :/ But don’t worry. Your body can handle it almost definitely. :)
