Oh the anxiety!

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any advice on trying to remain calm and less anxious about whether this pregnancy will stick? TW; I had a miscarriage between 8-10 weeks back in 2017 and I had a chemical pregnancy December 2023. My last period was 8th Feb so ?4-6 weeks? Took 6 tests on 19th March, all positive; 2x digital (post night shift so not concentrated urine) said 1-2 weeks, I've ordered some more to retest but I just feel like a ball of stress and worry at the moment. It doesn't help I've had a viral throat infection so I haven't felt great but I also have period like pains (have been there for weeks, even before positive tests) but I guess I am just reading into them more now as I am aware of pregnancy. I know early pregnancy pains are normal (and I am a Paramedic so medical background) however, I can't stop myself from worrying! Any help, advice or words of wisdom would be much appreciated, TIA and best of luck on your journeys 🌈

Thank you ❤️ I really needed this today x

I took it a day at a time, and your odds get better every day that passes in the early weeks. I would talk to myself and the little bean, I said to him "you are strong and growing and thriving each day and you are going to stay with me" for some reason that helped me. I hope you have a healthy and easy pregnancy ❤️

Thank you so much hun, yes I think I just need to keep a positive mental attitude ❤️
