Weird feeling in stomach
On my lower stomach where the womb would be, feels like something is there (I’m delusional) and it feels uncomfortable lying on my stomach. I feel weird phantom kicks or like something is moving. Realistically, I had just eaten I think it’s food being digested or could even have been has. Maladaptive Daydreamed about being pregnant and going to appointments w my OBGYN and when I stopped it felt like I just lost a baby LOL I hate it here

Could be ovulation . I get aches
I had an ovarian cyst twisting once, it might be that too. You can go get an ultrasound for it and see if there’s anything looking enlarged in there c

What do you mean exactly? Because your stomach is nowhere near your uterus. Do you use tampons and maybe left a tampon there?
