Birth Control
Are any of you ladies using a form of non-hormonal birth control that you actually like? I’m now over a month postpartum and starting to think about it. I have 2 under 2 and definitely don’t want to get pregnant(!) but also don’t want to be on regular BC because it used to give me terrible headaches and made me lose all of my sex drive. I guess he could always wear a condom, but curious what else is out there.

I’m 3 months postpartum and all I can say is just don’t get the depo shot! It has messed me up!

I personally loved the Paragard IUD! Non hormonal and good for 10 years! The main side effect is a heavier and longer period, possibly worse cramping. My period went from 4-5 day to 7 days with one to two heavy days in the middle. It honestly wasn't bad! My husband got a vasectomy, or I would still have it 😅
