Fluoxetine/prozac

I take this and took it through pregnancy. When not pregnant I am not tired but when pregnant I was tired but I think it was general tiredness from being pregnant

im on fluoxetine 20mg and quetiapine 25mg i take the fluoxetine at 10 am and the other at 9:30 …. it tires me out so much ask the doctor if they could lower your dosage to at least to 10 mg your body hasn’t adjusted yet ..good luck
